There are teachers who inform — and then there are teachers who transform. Dr. Tish Shearer, Co-Founder of the Together We Create 4 Kids (TWC4K) movement and founder of Fervently Creations LLC, is a woman whose work operates at the deepest level of human experience: the foundation. Based in Fort Mitchell, Alabama, and serving the Huntsville community, Dr. Shearer has built her life's mission around one uncompromising conviction — that truth, when rightly divided, has the power to restore identity, heal families, and shape generations.
Through her signature initiative Rightly Dividing, she is bringing biblical literacy, spiritual clarity, and purposeful collaboration to the heart of the TWC4K movement — and the impact is already being felt in homes, families, and communities across Alabama.
Her Role Within the TWC4K Movement
Q: Briefly describe your role within the TWC4K movement and how you serve your community through this work.
"As a co-founder of the Together We Create 4 Kids (TWC4K) movement, I serve as the visionary behind Rightly Dividing, which is featured during our Huntsville, Alabama stop on the TWC4K Author Tour. My role focuses on the unveiling of truth through Scripture — ensuring that the Word is rightly divided with context, clarity, and integrity so it can be understood and applied responsibly.
Through Rightly Dividing, I help strengthen the spiritual foundation of our movement by promoting biblical literacy and Spirit-led discernment. I am passionate about helping authors, leaders, and community members move beyond surface-level understanding into deeper study and alignment with the Source. My work centers on equipping others to handle Scripture faithfully while recognizing its transformative power in shaping identity, purpose, and generational impact.
Within TWC4K, I contribute by ensuring that truth remains at the core of what we build and share. By fostering conversations that promote maturity, clarity, and connection to the Source, I serve the community in a way that supports both spiritual growth and practical empowerment."
Purpose Rooted in Foundation
Q: What is your purpose, and how does the work you do align with serving children, families, or your community?
"My purpose is to unveil truth, cultivate spiritual maturity, and help individuals reconnect to the Source from within. I am called to rightly divide Scripture with clarity and integrity so that people are not bound by misunderstanding, fear, or inherited narratives that disconnect them from their identity. At the core, my purpose is about alignment — helping people live from truth rather than confusion.
The work I do aligns with serving children, families, and the community because everything begins with foundation. When adults are healed, grounded, and biblically literate, they build healthier homes. When parents understand identity, forgiveness, and self-governance, children grow up in environments shaped by love instead of dysfunction. My teaching, writing, and community conversations are designed to strengthen that foundation.
Through initiatives like Rightly Dividing and my involvement with Together We Create 4 Kids, I help create spaces where truth is explored responsibly and generational impact is prioritized. Serving children is not only about what we say to them directly — it is about equipping the adults who shape their world. By promoting spiritual clarity, emotional healing, and connection to the Source, I contribute to stronger families and, ultimately, stronger communities."
Why She Answered the Call
Q: Why did you feel called to join the Together We Create 4 Kids Tour, and what impact do you hope to make through your involvement?
"I felt called to join the Together We Create 4 Kids Tour because I believe generational transformation begins with intentional collaboration. The vision is bigger than one voice — it is about families, literacy, creativity, healing, and legacy. I joined because I recognize that when we unite around children and community, we are shaping the future in real time. Being part of this movement allows me to contribute not only as a co-founder, but as someone deeply committed to strengthening foundations — spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally.
Through my involvement, I hope to help create spaces where truth, identity, and purpose are cultivated early. My heart is to see children grow up confident in who they are, families empowered with tools and resources, and communities reminded that we build stronger generations when we build together. I want to model collaboration over competition and service over spotlight.
Ultimately, the impact I hope to make is generational. If we can equip parents, inspire young minds, and provide sound guidance rooted in truth and love, we are not just hosting events — we are planting seeds that will outlive us."
Programs, Initiatives, and Behind the Scenes
Q: What programs, initiatives, or events have you led or supported through TWC4K?
"Through Together We Create 4 Kids, I serve the movement in several intentional ways. I conduct interviews with participating authors, creating space for them to share their stories, inspiration, and the heart behind their work. These interviews help amplify their voices while allowing the community to connect more deeply with the mission of the tour.
I also provide opportunities for individuals to write alongside me in collaborative anthology projects. This creates a platform for both speakers and writers — whether they are accustomed to being on stage or prefer expressing themselves through the written word. It gives voices room to be heard while also offering guidance in learning how to study, dissect, and rightly divide the Word for themselves. My goal is not only to publish books but to equip people with tools for spiritual growth and biblical literacy.
In addition, I am supporting the tour in a practical way by printing and pressing the official shirts. This allows me to contribute behind the scenes while helping bring the vision to life in a tangible, unified way."
What Makes Huntsville Unique Within TWC4K
Q: What makes your city's work unique within the TWC4K movement?
"What makes our city's work unique within the TWC4K movement is the strong emphasis on foundation — spiritual, intellectual, and generational. In Huntsville, we intentionally integrate biblical literacy and truth-centered teaching into the broader mission of creativity and community impact. Through Rightly Dividing, we focus on ensuring that Scripture is handled with clarity, context, and integrity so that families are strengthened from the inside out.
Our approach is not just about participation; it is about equipping. We create opportunities for writers and speakers — both emerging and seasoned — to refine their voice, deepen their understanding, and grow in confidence. We encourage individuals to study, dissect, and rightly divide the Word for themselves so they are empowered, not dependent. This adds a layer of depth that supports long-term transformation rather than temporary inspiration.
What sets our city apart is the commitment to alignment and intentional collaboration. We prioritize generational impact, recognizing that when truth is properly understood and applied, it shapes families, influences children, and strengthens communities. Our work reflects a desire to build something sustainable — where creativity, literacy, and spiritual maturity work together to leave a lasting legacy."
Real Outcomes: Confidence, Clarity, and Generational Awareness
Q: What measurable outcomes, success stories, or positive changes have you seen through your work with children and families?
"Through my work with children and families, one of the most measurable outcomes I have seen is increased confidence and clarity — both in voice and identity. Writers who once doubted their ability to share their stories have completed collaborative anthology projects, published their work, and stepped into authorship with boldness. Parents and leaders who initially felt uncertain about studying Scripture have grown more confident in rightly dividing the Word for themselves rather than depending solely on external interpretation.
I have also seen positive shifts in communication within families. When adults begin healing, practicing forgiveness, and becoming more self-aware, it directly impacts the atmosphere of their homes. Families have reported greater intentionality in conversations, more patience in conflict, and a deeper commitment to building spiritually healthy environments for their children.
Another measurable outcome is participation and engagement — more individuals stepping forward to write, collaborate, and serve within the movement. That growth reflects not only expansion in numbers but maturity in mindset. People are moving from passive observers to active contributors.
The most meaningful change, however, is generational awareness. Children are witnessing adults who value literacy, truth, and collaboration. That modeling plants seeds of confidence, purpose, and identity that extend far beyond a single event."
A Vision Built to Outlive Events
Q: What is your vision for the future of your work and your role within Together We Create 4 Kids?
"My vision for the future of my work within Together We Create 4 Kids is to continue strengthening the foundation — spiritually, intellectually, and generationally. I see my role expanding in equipping authors, parents, and leaders with tools to think critically, study responsibly, and build from truth. I want Rightly Dividing to remain a pillar that supports the movement by promoting biblical literacy, clarity, and integrity, ensuring that what we create is rooted in sound understanding.
I also envision deeper collaboration — more writers stepping forward, more families engaging in meaningful conversations, and more children growing up in environments where identity, creativity, and purpose are nurtured intentionally. My heart is to help cultivate spaces where adults are strengthened so they can pour into the next generation with wisdom and stability.
Long term, I see sustainability. I want the work to outlive events and tours. I desire to see a community of equipped individuals who can teach, write, and lead with discernment — multiplying what has been built. My role is to continue serving as a steward of truth, a collaborator, and a builder of foundations that empower families and impact generations."
How You Can Get Involved
Q: How can readers support, connect with, or get involved with your work?
"Readers can support, connect with, and get involved with my work in several meaningful ways. First, they can engage with the content — read the books, participate in the conversations, and apply the teachings in their daily lives. Growth is not passive; it requires interaction. When readers study, reflect, and share what they are learning, they become active participants rather than observers.
They can also get involved by collaborating on anthology projects, joining study discussions, or attending events connected to Together We Create 4 Kids and Rightly Dividing. For writers and emerging voices, there are opportunities to contribute to collective works and grow in biblical literacy and authorship. For those who prefer community engagement, attending tour stops, supporting featured authors, and sharing resources within their networks helps expand the impact.
Support can also look like partnership — praying, encouraging, and investing in the vision. Following on social platforms, subscribing to updates, and sharing events with others increases visibility and connection. Most importantly, readers can support the work by embodying it — living out truth, strengthening their families, and serving their communities with integrity. When individuals grow, the movement grows."
Words That Stay With You
Dr. Tish Shearer's wisdom is not the kind that fades when the event ends. It is the kind that follows you home, sits with you in your quiet moments, and changes the way you see yourself and the people you love. She leaves us with two truths worth carrying:
"Rightly dividing truth is not about winning arguments — it is about restoring identity, strengthening families, and helping people reconnect to the Source within."
"Seeking knowledge is only the beginning — true transformation happens when we acknowledge it, apply it, and allow it to shape how we live and love."
